Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful and energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Strides 360® promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!

Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format. Postpartum women tend to have tight and weak pectoral (chest), abdominal and quadriceps muscles. In addition, the back and hamstrings muscles become stretched and weak. This occurs due to hunched posture from breast or bottle feeding, excessive spinal curves while carrying baby in utero and after birth, and repeatedly picking their new (and rapidly growing) baby up. Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!

FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!

VIRTUAL - Core & Restore

Core & Restore is a low-impact 20 minute workout that is equal parts challenge and calm. With a focus on deep core work, trunk stabilization, and full body mobility, this class will leave you feeling strong, capable, and connected as you take on the day-to-day demands of mom life.

VIRTUAL - Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is a 30-minute Yin-inspired yoga class that incorporates meditation, deep stretches, and moderate-length holds to encourage a deep and restful sleep.

VIRTUAL - Triggerpoint Recovery

TriggerPoint Recovery is a 20 minute class is designed to relieve tension, improve mobility, and accelerate recovery through targeted self-myofascial release.

This 9-week Run Club+ training session will give you the tools, tips, guidance, and accountability you need to conquer all of your running goals. For our winter session we will be focused on half marathon distance training. Your training will guide you through timed and interval runs to help you improve pace, cross training to compliment and build strength, slow increases group run distance to help you build safely to the 5k distance, and active recovery to allow your body to sustain throughout these weeks and truly conquer the challenge of training. . . all with an amazing group of mamas by your side and a certified Run Coach leading your way.
