Let's conquer an Austin race trifecta!
This run season we'll be taking on downtown Austin in 3 different distances. Next up is the 3M HALF MARATHON!
Our half marathon training will be 12 weeks, rather than 8, allowing you more time to build up those miles and be in your best run form as we cross the finish. This is PERFECT for any mama wanting to crush her first half marathon, a runner looking to get back into the sport after some time away, or anyone hoping to truly focus in on their form and improve their pace.
As part of the Run Club+ training program you will receive:
- Once a week group runs, Saturdays at 7am
- A training plan outlining timed runs, distance runs, cross training days, and active recovery
- In person cross training classes and access to a online database of workouts designed to compliment race training
- Individual check-ins and tips from our certified Run Coach
- Accountability from a small, motivated group of like-minded mamas
