Body Well® Transformation
Body Well® is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow.
This 8-week wellness and accountability program was designed with you, the busy mom, in mind. Through small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges we will help you improve your physical and mental well-being, with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.
What does your 8-week transformation session include?
- Goal setting orientation and live virtual Q&A with our registered dietician
- Before and after fitness assessments, body measurements, and *optional* photos to track your progress
- A minimum of 4 HIIT and cross training workouts each week :
- 2 exclusive, private HIIT classes (Tuesday and Thursday 5:30am live on ZOOM)
- 2 additional in-person classes of your choice (Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Strides 360, and/or Body Ignite)
- Access to all FIT4MOM Cedar Park|Leander live virtual classes
- OnDemand database with additional workouts you can access anywhere, anytime
- Regular 1:1 check-ins with your Body Well coach for personalized support
- 8-week wellness journal for tracking goals and progress
- Nutrition and recipe guides, written and tested by real moms
- Weekly food log reviews and feedback from our Registered Dietician
- Focused challenges to improve all areas of wellness (i.e. stress management, mindfulness, sleep, and confidence)
- Individual accountability partners and small group community support
